Terms of Business. 1) All estimates will be based on the current hourly studio rates. This time will be stated in the estimate. 2) All extras such as disks, file transfer, proofs, scans, carriage etc will
be charged extra at current studio prices unless stated in the estimate. These prices may be obtained on request. 3) VAT will be added to all costs. 4) No work will be undertaken until the quote
is agreed in writing. 5) A personal guarantee may be sought. 6) Should the project, for whatever reason, be aborted by the client, Hero Creative reserve the right to charge for hours spent until
that date. 7) Any project exceeding the quoted amount of hours will be put on hold until permission is given to continue at the current hourly studio rate. This will be logged on a time sheet
and charged extra. 8) Any project running under or over the estimated time by 1 hour or less will be billed at the estimated amount. Any project running under or over the quoted time by more
than 1 hour will be refunded or billed in full according to the time sheet. 9) If a project lies dormant for more than 6 weeks, Hero Creative reserve the right to charge for the hours spent until
that time. 10) No artwork will be released to print until sign-off on a PDF proof is received in writing. All artwork sent to print will be accompanied by a full set of colour proofs, regardless of
who is litho-printing the project. Hero Creative accept no responsibility for type errors or omissions which appear on the signed-off PDF proof. If Hero Creative are print managing your project
and you decline printers wet proofs, Hero hold no responsibility for type errors, omissions, stock problems, colour inaccuracies, trapping or any other print related issues. 11) Hero Creative will
hold any images purchased on behalf of the client and are not at liberty to supply original hi-res artwork. 12) Invoices are payable in full within 30 days. 13) All estimates are valid for 30 days
from the date on the estimate. 14) All designs and artwork shall remain the property of Hero Creative unless stated otherwise. 15) By accepting this estimate from Hero Creative, you agree
the terms of business.
StudioPoints Terms. 1) 5 StudioPoints will be awarded for every full hour comissioned to Hero Creative. No points will be awarded for part hours. 2) Points will only be credited to the
client once the project is completed and the invoice paid. 3) 50 StudioPoints are equal to 15 minutes studio time. 4) No more than 2,000 StudioPoints can be redeemed on any one project.
No less than 15 minutes can be redeemed on any one project. 5) Upon your first commission to Hero Creative you will be asked who you wish the points to be credited to. This can be a
company or an individual within a company. 6) The points earnt may only be redeemed by the company or individual within the company to whom the account is named. 7) StudioPoints
are not transferable to any other company or individual within a company. 8) StudioPoints have no cash value and may only be used against Hero Creative studio time. 9) Hero Creative
reserve the right to freeze or withdraw StudioPoints at any time.
